CostVision Inc. provides software and services for cost engineering and management. The founder and president, Charlie Stirk, was a contributor to the CAM-I book Hitting the Target: The CAM-I Target Costing Implementation Guide published in Sept. 2005, and 2007 recipient of the CAM-I Robert A. Bonsack award for distinguished contribution in the advancement of cost management. He is a Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee of PDES Inc. (that develops and implements some of the STEP standards) and a recipient of their 2008 Brad Rigdon award for Technical Management. He is also a member of INCOSE, the professional society for systems engineering.
